In 2009, Were attacked with Global recession maybe this bigger than years ago. entire world infected with this problems. in 2009 feels like a ocean, we are in ships and try to getting survive with big storm. in my office now 2009 named with Employee Year, because this time to getting hard in efficiently and growing sales give excelent services. I think most important of survive in this time is focusing in core business into scope of work. Try to getting more effort to give excelent sevices or solutions for clients. Decision maker must be thinking more carefully with they steps. Big Companies one of them are Microsoft downgrade their employee in end of 2008.
